Classes/Workshop Online Enrolment Form


Please complete the form below to enrol in a training class and/or the Dog Communication Workshop titled What is My Dog Saying?  Once you have entered the required information, click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page.

Payment in full is required to secure your place in a class or workshop.  The number of attendees per class is limited and due to high demand, we often book our classes up well in advance.

For your convenience we offer Email Money Transfers from your bank account or you may mail in or drop off your payment.  Please make cheques payable to Confident Canines. 

To send an Email Money Transfer, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your bank's secure online banking site
 2. Locate Transfer or Payment menu options
 3. Select the Email Money Transfer service
 4. Specify a recipient by entering his/her email address
 5. Fill in the information (dollar amount, from which account, security question (please email or call this in to me)
and optional personal message) and follow prompts to complete.

Once I receive your submitted enrolment form, I will contact you to arrange pick up of your course material (if applicable) and also to confirm your payment method.

Please DO NOT mail in cash (we have a secure drop box and pick up area located at the front door of our house)
