Would you like to learn more about canine communication?  Would you like to
learn how to use your own body language to communicate more effectively
with your dog?

Understanding and being able to read dog body language can help you solve behavior problems, as well, prevent dog bites from your own dog as well as others.

This new knowledge will help you understand and communicate much more effectively with your dog.  It will bring a whole new understanding of what dogs are really saying to each other, and to you.  Canine communication is universal.  Your dog(s), no matter what breed, is communicating all the time.  We should learn to speak their language too!

This 1½ - 2 hour Power Point presentation features both slides and video clips.  By attending this enlightening presentation, you will learn how dogs use body language to avoid conflict and resolve disputes.  You will learn to identify calming signals and signs of stress and arousal in dogs.

Client Testimonials

"Lynda O'Neill of Confident Canines is a great leader for you and your dog.  Her workshop on Dog Communication 101 is refreshing, informative, fun, interactive and inspiring.   She truly is a person you need to meet." -   Sarah Imamura of Happy Paw Walking Service, Kitchener, On

"Since getting our dog, Sadie, and having to socialize her, I thought I knew most of what there was to know about dog body language and communication.   After attending the “What is my Dog Saying” workshop I’ve been able observe Sadie in our home with other dogs and understand, just by watching her interact, how she is feeling.   I was also able to identify my own mistakes in communicating with her and how to correct them.   I think this is a great workshop to attend if you have a dog or work with dogs on a regular basis.  It is a great value at a very reasonable price!"  Dianne Speaker, Kitchener, On

"I attended the “What is My Dog Saying” workshop with Lynda O’Neill and would highly recommend it!

Learning about specific canine behavior, communication and body language has allowed me to better understand and care for my dog, Misha. Lynda and her workshop can act as the translator between you and your dog.  I now feel I have the knowledge to recognize what my dog is trying to tell me and more importantly I’ve learned to understand other dogs so it allows me to keep her safe as well.  The insight you gain is invaluable!!  This workshop covers a lot – but don’t worry Lynda provides everyone with all the written information you need to remember what’s important.  Again, I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to better understand their best friend."   Karen J. Vollmer, Elmira, On
